Position Summary:
- Responsible for planning and executing HR activities programs and initiatives setting the pace in the industry
- Assist with the onboarding of new associates and prepare managerial employment contracts
- Execute all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
- Liaise with other department leaders to conduct training and HR related initiatives feeling empowered to make an impact
- Strategically complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team
- Plan organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates so they feel valued for their contributions
- Support the Human Resources team with administration tasks and general enquiries
- Support the hotels talent acquisition strategy engaging and inspiring associates
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
