Reliability Engineer (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
die Entwicklung Implementierung und berwachung von Programmen und Prozessen mit dem Ziel der Minimierung von Ausfllen und der Maximierung der Lebensdauer der Ausrstungen
die Integration von Daten aus den Gebudeleitsystemen und automatisierten Fehlerdiagnosen und Ableitung von Lebenszyklusanalysen und Empfehlungen fr Reparatur- bzw. Ersatzentscheidungen
Umsetzung von Reliability-Programmen und -prozessen auf Standortebene zur effektiven Erhhung der Zuverlssigkeit von Maschinen- und Anlagensystemen
regelmige Durchfhrung von Programm- System- und Gerteaudits
Einsatzkoordinierung von Ingenieuren Technikern und Drittanbietern mit dem Ziel Verbesserungen fr Wartungsablufe und Projekte zu erreichen
Erstellung und Management vorbeugender Wartungsaufgaben
Einstufung der Anlagen-Kritikalitt und Entwicklung von Risikominderungsstrategien fr kritische Anlagen
Untersttzung von Inbetriebnahmeaktivitten fr alle Upgrade- Renovierungs- und Bauprojekte
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Wartungs- und Planungsgruppen
Ihre Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen:
ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium bevorzugt des Maschinebaus oder der Elektrotechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Ausbildungshintergrund
Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Betrieb von Gebudeautomations- und Energiemanagementsystemen in kritischen und regulierten Umgebungen
Erfahrungen mit prdikativen Wartungstechnologien und automatisierten Fehlerdiagnosen
sichere Kommunikationsfhigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Fhrungsebenen
Teamfhigkeit und die Bereitschaft in multidisziplinren Teams zu arbeiten
Engagement Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fhigkeit zu selbstndigem Arbeiten
systematische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fhigkeit komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und zu lsen
Fhigkeit innovative Lsungen zu entwickeln und den Status quo zu hinterfragen
sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
