Job Description
Delivery and Deployment
Act as the business owner for the delivery and deployment of the S/4 Upgrade.
Ensure leadership engagement with appropriate site and HR leadership to keep them informed and escalate issues as needed
Focus on the removal of the Vaccines SAP instance from our landscape.
Ensure the successful implementation of the upgrade across all Organization markets with a specific emphasis on the vaccines population.
Business Requirements Gathering
Lead the process of gathering business requirements for the S/4 Upgrade.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and documented.
Ensure that business requirements align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Change Management
Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the deployment of the S/4 Upgrade.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support throughout the project.
Ensure training is provided to ensure a smooth transition for all users particularly in GSC
Partnership with Tech Project Manager
Work closely with the Tech Project Manager to ensure the delivery of the build and testing phases are on track.
Provide business insights and feedback to the technical team to guide the successful implementation of the project.
Collaborate to resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
