Job Description
Coach and develop your engineers to become effective team members that deliver valuable work focused on data-driven decision making and customer centricity.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high value requirements and capabilities within the MES space.
Manage MES requirements and capabilities roadmap to provide visibility to the business of upcoming product enhancements and features.
Deliver product solutions to increase manufacturing system capabilities in both clinical and commercial manufacturing environments.
Train your team how to determine and understand your customer s needs better than anyone through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Leverage the knowledge of your internal team and external partners to develop reusable standard robust solutions to support the manufacturing processes.
Maintain high credibility and deliver real value by shipping product that make our users lives 10x easier.
Develop of a product support model that ensures we can provide the sites with a reliable maintainable system and access to expert resources when needed.
