Job Title: Produce Packer Warehouse (Bilingual Required)
Location:Miami FL
Schedule:Day and swing shifts available
Job Description:
We are hiring Produce Packersto join our warehouse team inMiami FL. In this role youll be responsible for packing sorting and preparing fresh fruits and vegetables for shipment to major retailers. Working hours vary based on business needs.
This is a hands-on position in a refrigerated warehouse environment.Bilingual English/Spanish is requiredfor clear communication and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Pack label and inspect fresh produce for quality
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily packing quotas with speed and accuracy
- Work as part of a team to fulfill large-scale orders
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in cold storage
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous warehouse or produce experience is required
- Able to work on-call if needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
