Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years including infrastructure resiliency contact center operations information technology software engineering program management strategic communications engineering and cybersecurity. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Civilian Agencies.
Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking anAviation Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME)to work closely with the USCGs Major Acquisition System Infrastructure (MASI) program staff to plan facilitate and provide complex analysis and evaluation of USCG infrastructure needs relative to logistical support of surface and aviation assets.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand facilities needed to support Coast Guard surface and air acquisitions specifically hangars for storage maintenance and operation of aircrafts.
- Develop the infrastructure requirements for surface and air acquisitions that will be included in integrated logistics support plans.
- Evaluate/analyze planning and design documents for inclusion of and alignment with aviation infrastructure requirements.
- Support integrated logistics support teams and integrated logistics support plans with onshore input infrastructure for surface and air acquisitions.
- Facilitate integrated product/project teams to develop aviation infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to facility challenges.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field; an additional 6 years experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
- Ability to prepare management business technical and personnel reports reviews and documents for internal and external use.
- Experience with a military branch is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook Word Excel SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington D.C.

- If this position is assigned to a Pantheon Data office location or client site youll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed for specific client requirements.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100000 - $130000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
