We are seeking a proactive and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in administrative support and personal assistance. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to a busy executive or team managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring that operations run smoothly
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events
- Maintain filing systems and office organization
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the executive
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of office equipment and technology
