As a Swim School Operations Assistant youre the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly. From prepping equipment to setting the stage for safe and successful swim lessons your role is all about support organization and teamwork.

Keep the deck clean safe and organized during lessons
Help with class transitions and student flow on deck
Restock supplies and prep materials as needed
Assist with safety checks (e.g. water toys traffic flow basic pool area tidiness)
Support instructors and deck staff with operational needs

What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or current enrollment in school preferred
Comfortable around water (no in-water responsibilities)
Able to be on your feet for 34 hours and lift equipment up to 25 lbs

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
