Job Summary:
A Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is a demonstrated expert at managing monitoring and supporting IT infrastructure and applications associated with the authentication and authorization technologies used by Moda and its subsidiaries. A Sr. IAM Analyst may have an opportunity to participate in projects when introducing new technology into Moda. They also must provide support for all existing IAM solutions which include troubleshooting issues creating and updating documentation and working with customers or other internal Moda IT Teams on issues. This is a FT WFH position.
Pay Range
$32.86- $42.72(depending on experience).
*Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Primary Functions:
- Performs work as a technology and process expert in the area of access management for the Moda Enterprise including all subsidiaries.
- Work under general direction from the Director of IT Infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor systems associated with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to plan and execute the integration of access requests into a centralized solution (Identity Access Management System - IAM).
- Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with all team members and end-user customers both technical and non-technical.
- Create and maintain system and process documentation.
- Provide consulting support to internal users/customers.
- Participate in IT projects as required for configuration and access management of new or changing applications and systems.
- Perform periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Work with vendors and other third parties as appropriate to resolve application issues.
- Prepare communications that are comprehensible accurate and effective.
- Work independently and maintain a high-degree of professional conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Accounting or related Information Security or Information Risk Management experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as an Identity Access Management Analyst preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of concepts practices and procedures used within the IAM life cycle. These activities may include but are not limited to:
- Access Provisioning
- Joiners/Movers/Leavers
- Access Recertification
- Account Dormancy
- Segregation of Duties
- Previous experience with user access controls provisioning users and utilizing information security tools in an enterprise environment.
- Awareness of Patient Privacy (HIPAA) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) rules.
- Experience with SQL scripting a plus
- Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills; ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of MS Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server a plus.
- Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
- Ability to come into work on time and on a daily basis.
Contact with Others & Working Conditions:
- Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard work constant sitting and phone work. Must be able to navigate multiple screens. Work in excess of 40 hours per week including evenings and occasional weekends to meet business need.
- Internally with all departments. Externally with vendors and business partners connected to the company network.
