Childrens Aid Society is growing! Were seeking a qualified Psychologist to oversee our Clinical Services team and provide mentorship to our developing therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess diagnose and treat a variety of childhood psychological and emotional issues provide therapy and implement appropriate interventions utilizing both in-person and telehealth formats
- Conduct psychological testing and evaluations of clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client incorporating evidence-based therapies and interventions
- Directs the daily operations of and supervises the clinical services team which includes Art Therapists and Family Advocates
- Work in concert with the Director of Program Development/Quality Assurance to review the treatment process and monitor treatment-planning efforts on clients residents and in community-based programs
- Provides individual and group supervision to the clinical services team for licensing and maintains Clinical Supervision Records

Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in mental health discipline required; certified consulting/licensed psychologist (PhD) preferred
- 5 years experience as a mental health or human services professional with 3 years experience supervising
- Clinical expertise in crisis intervention
- Highly developed ability in the administration scoring and interpretation of psychological tests
- Demonstrated skill in clinical interviewing
