What this job involves

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Retail & Administration Manager to be accountable for the team and deliverables of the retail Centre! You will provide support on a day-to-day basis with delivery functions of tenants and ensuring compliance with performance expectations working 2 days a week.

Reporting to the Centre Manager focusing on range of finance reception admin and operational duties.

Please note this is 12 month Fixed Term Contract role

A snapshot of the role:

  • Prepare and attend to banking processes
  • Manage monthly rent roll and billings process
  • Lead and manage the pursuit and receipt of outstanding tenant arrears
  • Manage all enquiries and directing and delegating to the appropriate personnel from automated phone telecom system
  • Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail items including courier bookings
  • Maintain and update tenant and contractor records and files including public liability details tenant files leases bank guarantees contracts and correspondence
  • Reconcile the Promotion P&L monthly and forecast as required
  • Monitor and report all operational complaints to the team. Assist with the follow up to repair/maintain

You will be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer service and administration. If you have previous experience leading people who with core ambitions to inspire and develop their team then this is the role for you!

Previous Shopping Centre administration and accounts experience required!
