About You
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a more engaged supported and connected workforce at Birmingham City Council. As part of the Engagement and Wellbeing team youll take the lead on delivering creative and impactful engagement communication and wellbeing initiatives. From running staff surveys focus groups and roadshows to managing campaigns and toolkits your work will directly support the Councils ambition to be a great place to work.
Youll turn insight into action- analysing data and trends to inform strategy track progress and continuously improve our approach. With a hands-on role in events communications and stakeholder engagement youll be at the centre of making employees feel heard valued and supported. If youre passionate about people data-driven improvement and creating meaningful change this role offers the perfect platform to make a real difference.
