About the opportunity
Were looking for a friendly proactive professional to be the face of RFBI a key member of the Marketing team. You will manage phone email and website enquiries greet visitors and support our Village and Care at Home teams. Youll also assist with CRM management administrative tasks event coordination and provide insights to improve customer engagement and marketing efforts.
