Job Description
Confluence Water delivers design construction maintenance and facilities management services to the North Region which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.
We are currently looking for that special person to become ourWorkplace Experience Officer. This new role will play a central part in delivering a positive efficient and welcoming experience for all staff clients and visitors at our Chatswood office. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house reception duties while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. By ensuring the workplace is well-organised functional and engaging the Workplace Experience Officer supports employee wellbeing and contributes to a high-performing and collaborative office environment.
Due to the nature of the role and its front-of-house and workplace support responsibilities this is a full-time office-based position located in Chatswood with no remote work component.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery business environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Teams)
