Join our Contract Finance & Accounting team!
Melbournes Contract Finance & Accounting (CFA) team is hiring! One of the highest-performing teams in our Asia-Pacific operations this well-established practice specialises in placing finance and accounting professionals across Melbourne. Our key focus areas include:
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Payroll
Bookkeeping
Assistant Accountant Roles
Your role & responsibilities
As a member of the CFA team you will:
Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the Melbourne market.
Lead your own business development initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of specialisation.
Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
Participate in company events networking activities CSR initiatives and community engagement opportunities.
What we look for:
We welcome candidates with either of the following backgrounds:
360-Degree Recruitment Experience (ideally 2 years) with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Finance & Accounting recruitment is a plus but not mandatory
OR
B2B/consultative sales experience (ideally 3 years) looking to leverage your awesome sales acumen in a people-focused financially rewarding career alongside a fabulous team of people.

A collaborative mindset curiosity and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
