Would you like the opportunity to work in our unique school near the woods lake and beaches We are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Marlborough Schools curriculum supports the emotional wellbeing of all of our pupils and we deliver the integrated curriculum in an exciting and experience led manner. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative learning positive behaviour management strategies and a commitment to the safeguarding wellbeing and emotional development of all pupils.

You will need:
An inclusive attitude and high expectations
Experience of supporting the development of children with SEND
Experience of supporting communication and language development
To be able to work as a team and independently
To be able to adapt your communication style to communicate with parents professionals staff etc.
Experience and skills to manage a wide range of behaviours using positive behaviour strategies
The working hours for this role are:
Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 15:25
Friday 12:00 - 14:10
Total Hours: 15.85 Per Week
