Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Record customer payments and apply to appropriate accounts
Prepare and issue payments to vendors via check or electronic transfer
Assist with collections and follow up on past-due accounts
Verify financial statements
Qualifications:
Previous dealership experience
1 year of general accounting experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting education is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
