Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare printing requests clearly and accurately.
- Ensure the availability of all necessary tools for work such as paper clichs films and molds before the start of production to avoid production delays.
- Approve sample copies (proofs) submitted by all production departments after thoroughly reviewing them.
- Monitor the printing and production processes across all sections of the press and machines to prevent delays (time wastage and slowdown) and ensure high-quality output.
- Provide solutions for any urgent production issues.
- Organize workflow in a way that prioritizes the companys interests.
- Set and adhere to final delivery deadlines.
- Inspect the work before delivering it to the customer to ensure it meets the required specifications.
