On behalf of ME Production MARPRO Group is looking for a Sales Manager Marine Heat Pump for the office in Frederikshavn. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

ME Production in Frederikshavn develops manufactures sells and services marine heat pumps for ships. As a system supplier we hold all in-house expertise and operate in marine gearboxes scrubbers and innovative maritime and land-based technologies.
About the job
Youll join a skilled and fast-paced sales team where no two days are the same. Your role includes proactively reaching out to clients planning customer visits and using digital tools - or your existing network - to identify new opportunities.
Youll arrange and conduct sales meetings follow up with agreed actions and log activities into our CRM system. The focus of these meetings is to understand customer needs and identify how our energy-saving technologies particularly marine heat pumps can add value. Youll also explore potential product improvements or new business cases based on customer input.
Your responsibilities include presenting our full product range handling enquiries and ensuring we deliver high-quality support and solutions. Youll work closely with R&D project teams and production sites in Denmark and China - also taking the lead on sales efforts with Chinese customers and shipyards.
Youre expected to take the initiative help improve sales processes and support marketing and sales of our marine heat pumps - from first contact through to installation.
Were looking for an ambitious and target oriented profile to support and grow sales of our marine heat pump an energy-saving system designed for easy retrofitting and newbuildings. You should understand (or quickly learn) what makes our solution stand out from other marine energy-saving technologies and clearly communicate its benefits. As the product has already proof of concept the next steps is crucial of our success as focus towards high volume sales will be intensified significantly. Your input ideas and market awareness of the right sale approach will be key in this and you must be willing to walk the extra mile.
Youll receive hands-on training during installations and service visits so initial travel is required. When onboarding is completed expect at least 60 travel days world-wide per year to support and expand our customer base.
