Job Description

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile practices excels at team facilitation and brings a proactive mindset to continuous improvement. Experience with Azure DevOps is essential as is the ability to operate across multiple teams and stakeholders within a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Remove obstacles and protect teams from external interruptions to ensure maximum focus and productivity.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on vision priorities and deliverables.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization.

Apply and adapt Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe based on team and organizational needs.

Track team performance using key Agile metrics and provide actionable insights to improve delivery.

Mentor team members and leaders on Agile principles roles and responsibilities.

Drive effective cross-team coordination and manage dependencies.

Ensure transparency and flow of information across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

7 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and delivery methodologies.

Proficient in using Azure DevOps for backlog management tracking and reporting.

Outstanding facilitation coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Experience in scaling Agile practices and driving Agile maturity across teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with enterprise-level Agile transformations is a strong advantage.
