Creative Operations Manager
Location: Remote

Were seeking a Creative Operations Manager to be the central nervous system of our creative team balancing structure with flexibility and process with people. In this hands-on role youll lead creative resourcing workflow management process optimization and operational strategy.
As a team of one (for now) you ll be empowered to build and scale creative operations from the ground up in a high-trust low-ego environment. You ll bring a blend of experience across agency operations staffing project management and creative workflows ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Partner with creative teams to define project goals timelines staffing needs and success metrics
Lead resourcing and headcount allocation ensuring optimal team alignment with business needs
Own prioritization timelines and bandwidth tracking across all creative projects
Identify and implement systems and processes that support effective resourcing and operations
Review team utilization and burn reports to optimize staffing and inform financial planning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute on creative vision and delivery
Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans and quarterly headcount planning cycles
Align resource plans with project types and talent development goals
Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks with clarity and diplomacy
Build and maintain scalable tools systems and processes that enhance creative efficiency
Work with finance to manage project budgets estimates and report on variances
5 years of experience in creative operations project management or production roles within an agency or creative organization
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity calmness and collaboration
A builder mindset you re comfortable creating new systems from the ground up
Deep understanding of creative workflows and how to protect and support creative talent
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana Monday Workamajig)
Familiarity with resourcing platforms (e.g. Float Harvest Smartsheet Mavelink)
Strong communication skills you make complexity feel manageable and align teams effectively
