Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Kalvium you will be responsible for identifying reaching out to and establishing relationships with enterprises and corporate clients. Your role will focus on pitching the Kalvium model to key decision-makers and securing partnerships that provide internships and employment opportunities for students. You will own the sales process end-to-end from lead generation to offer closure while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless .
Key Responsibilities:
Identify engage and establish relationships with enterprises and corporates.
Pitch the Kalvium model to key decision-makers and secure partnerships for student internships and employment.
Own the process from lead generation to final offer ensuring a seamless transition for students and companies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product operations) to align offerings with client needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative sales strategies to the table. Requirements:
3 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales preferably in the education ed-tech or SaaS sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho Salesforce etc..
Passion for education technology and workforce development.
