Telecaller also known as a Telemarketing Executive or Telesales Representative is a professional who interacts with customers via telephone to promote products or services generate leads or provide customer support. They are the voice of a company often acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services explain their benefits and generate interest.
Inbound Calls:
Handling incoming calls from customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing support.
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone conversations.
Sales Generation:
Persuading customers to purchase products or services and scheduling appointments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers following up on leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions updating databases and generating reports.
Product Knowledge:
Possessing a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.
