The Role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests. 

Were seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Metropol Bell Services Team as a Doorperson.

This is a Full Time position requiring flexibility to work across a 7 day roster. 

In this role youll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

• Providing a warm and engaging arrival and departure experience
• Managing the flow of traffic on the hotel driveway
• Assisting with guest enquiries and providing directions
• Settling payment for hotel guests and casual parkers 

About you

Youll bring the following:

• A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
• An ability to multitask and work under pressure
• An ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all times

Additional Information :

To be successful youll:

• Have a current Australian unrestricted manual drivers licence (no P plates)
• Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
• Be well presented and impeccably groomed
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Be available to work across a rotating roster
