This 6-month role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working with technology and wants to contribute to impactful healthcare initiatives. You dont need to be an IT expert but youre comfortable with technology and eager to learn.
Your Role:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Digital Health ICT Managers and team members ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage scheduling meetings travel arrangements and minute-taking for ICT projects and leadership.
Assist with vendor coordination invoicing and procurement acting as a liaison with Finance and Purchasing.
Handle correspondence filing and documentation with a high attention to detail.
Serve as the first point of contact for the ICT department offering excellent internal and external customer service.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
College diploma in office administration or equivalent experience.
3 years of administrative experience (experience in IT healthcare or tech-adjacent roles is preferred).
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)comfort with Teams SharePoint or other tools is a plus.
Quick and accurate typing (50 WPM) and experience taking meeting minutes.
Superb organizational skillsyou juggle tasks effortlessly and meet deadlines.
Professionalism discretion and a collaborative attitude.

Additional Information :
Status: Temporary Full-Time(Approx. 6 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.5 hour day shifts; 0800 - 1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $27.280 to $34.100 per hour
