The Retail Intake Administrator will be preparing loans for submission to Processing. This role will upload and review documents and order mortgage services before assigning to the Retail Processor. This position can be located in our Paramus or Houston office or hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and sort loan documents to imaging system in a timely manner
- Ordering services such as Appraisals Flood and Case Assignments
- Assist management on pipeline reports and projects
- Provide administrative support for the operations team
Qualifications :
Required Experience:
- 1 year related experience preferred
- Must be able to read analyze and interpret procedures manuals policies and regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Display professional customer service and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of PC applications (Word Excel MS Outlook)
