As an Distribution and Marketing Manager this role is to develop LDC juice brand awareness and sales on the domestic market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness increase market share and boost sales of our juice products.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
- Responsible for product line risk identification and management.
- Responsible for managing and driving product lines Profit and Loss.
- Identifying and developing new accounts.
- Facilitating deal/transaction documentation by coordinating with various departments involved in the transaction.
- Preparing or critically reviewing sales & marketing contracts and complete management of purchase transactions.
- Responsible for formulation and implementation of annual business plan.
- Keeping track of competitor moves and global market trends and preparing market intelligence data for effective decision making.
- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances and company SOP.
- Preparing monthly reports to global management.
- Ensuring customer relationship management through internal tools.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in non-durable consumer goods companies (food or beverages) with an import cycle and/or local production sales and distribution in B2C (retail) and B2B channels (Food Service)
- Knowledge in the beverage and refrigerated product market will be considered as an asset
- Capable of being responsible for managing and driving product lines Profit and Loss
- Identifying and developing new accounts by identifying and enabling new suppliers
- Strong business planning risk management with depth of experience in scenario and contingency planning.
- Team management including capability to grow develop and lead with anticipated team growth.
- Professionals with experience in the Product Category Portfolio or Innovation areas in industries with a recent history of building and/or rebuilding a product/brand will be considered an asset
- Ensure all actions negotiations and commercial dealings are managed to the highest of Louis Dreyfus standards and expectations.
Qualifications :
Experiences:
- 7 years of experience in marketing and sales preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Expertise and depth of knowledge of Juices market will be a plus
- Experience in business and sales planning and expansion
- Proven capability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders and build meaningful and long lasting relationships.
- Excellent analytical communication and project management skills.
