You will spearhead our go-to-market aligning product marketing and sales activities translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives building strong communities and driving adoption across B2B audiences.
- Build Ninoxs product marketing function from the ground up
- Define and own our go-to-market strategy
- Architect a PLG funnel connecting the dots from awareness to referral with a fully data-driven approach
- Craft and own product positioning that resonates with both developers and business leaders
- Present the product confidently at events webinars and internal sessions
- Engage with communities and channelsfrom developer forums to LinkedIn influencers
- Build relationships with external advocates partners and thought leaders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success
- Analyze market trends customer feedback and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing ideally with technical products
- Deep understanding of vibe-code/no-code/low-code products modern CRM products or AI-native tools.
- A natural community builderyou know how to engage grow and energize audiences
- Strong presentation and communication skillsyoure confident on stage and in front of a camera
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a love for storytelling
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in Berlin or open to relocate
