Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting restaurants within a geographical division by delivering actionable financial insights that drive key systems forecasting and scalable growth. The role focuses on reporting budgeting and cross-functional support while collaborating with senior leadership on ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Provide commentary on financial results trends and forecasts to support sales and profitability
- Deliver reporting packages and support Restaurant Partners with regular performance analysis
- Specialize in a functional area and provide forecasting inputs and financial reviews
- Develop financial tools to identify trends and analyze business results
- Assist with cross-functional analysis (marketing spending donations ROI campaign impact)
- Support implementation of systems and reporting enhancements
- Build financial presentations for internal use as needed
Travel Requirements:
Up to 5%
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant industry financial analysis or equivalent experience
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools for data extraction manipulation and analysis
- Strong analytical written and verbal skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
