Job Summary
The key focus for a Candidate Relationship Manager is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates with the aim of achieving high quality cost-effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with a team of recruiters and talent acquisition personnel to recommend and develop sourcing strategy.
Based on your experience you will recommend enhancements to ensure recruitment strategy effectiveness. Reporting to the Recruitment Operations Manager you will initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies and be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand.
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Will focus on recruiting/sourcing for either a or combined high-volume lateral and/or executive search (manager and above) roles at AGS so deep external market/domain knowledge is crucial
- Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for each business unit.
- Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within our clients industry/domain predominantly BFSI FMCG Tech Retail etc..
- Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies in alignment with clients branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates through Networks Naukri Monster LinkedIn IJPs Employee Referrals ATS (SmartRecruiters) etc.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before submission to hiring managers or a member of the team for validation
- Select and qualify candidates based upon skill cultural and motivational fit utilizing behavioral-based approach and screening criteria.
- Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
- Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the clients workforce plans.
- Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture current market intelligence.
- Provide engaged and informed dialogue with candidates regarding opportunities.
- Develop and implement candidate information initiatives such as candidate newsletters marketing campaigns and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a sourcing wizard with deep external market knowledge multiple domain experience and can speak influence and place candidates for a role within AGS.
- Experience in high-volume lateral hires and/or executive search (leadership hiring) for manager roles and above.
- Experience using a wide variety of recruitment tools knows proper boolean searches with a subject matter expert on how to source and attract candidates through the use of various methodologies.
- Experience in Naukri LinkedIn recruiter Monster ATS etc. and other applicable job platforms.
- Great communication skills and can articulate their thought process.
- Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards associations employee referral programs social media and internet searches.
- Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic Outlook Web Excel PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in or knowledge of AGS client sectors is advantageous
- These roles are open to candidates from a generic/universal domain experience and does not mind recruiting for recruiters with different industry experience at various levels.
- Worked across verticals ranging from IT Non-IT BFSI bulk-hiring repeat skills as well as niche skill hiring and leadership hiring.
- Bachelors degree required in any field.
