The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing requests and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish for associated colleges within Unitek Learning. Working across multiple internal departments and oversee external agencies and vendors the Senior marketing manager will leverage internal and external support and drive collaboration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Position will improve departmental efficiencies via proactive problem solving and practical thinking.
- Oversee external creative agency to complete campus collateral requests including branding revisions approvals and final deliverables.
- Oversee printing vendor and collateral inventory and look for ways to improve efficiency in ordering storage and distribution of inventory.
- Oversee external website and development agency for all design and content requests and keep the website information up to date.
- Acts as primary liaison between campuses and print and purchasing vendors providing instructions for successful marketing request completion and managing timelines and expectations.
- Manage budgets lead goals and creative assets with paid media agencies to help achieve marketing goals for respective programs and campuses.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders across admissions academics compliance financial aid and other departments to communicate and deploy updates to programs policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with purchasing and external fulfillment vendors along with campus staff on interior signage wayfinding signage posters etc. to make sure things stay on brand.
- Manage the planning promotion and coordination of special campus events including but not limited to open houses new campus openings senior days graduation etc.
- Create and manage student lifecycle communication development and execution of SMS and email campaigns in the CRM and email platform including but not limited to welcome messaging event messaging start date messaging surveys etc.
- Communicate routinely to management campuses project team members external agencies and vendors and other stakeholders actively soliciting and addressing feedback.
- Prepare and analyze day-to-day reporting assist with month-end reporting and maintain budgets and appropriate accounting coding.
Pay Range
The annual pay range for this position is $65k (minimum) $70k (midpoint) and $75k (maximum).*
*Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education experience skills location and budget.
Qualifications :
- 5-10 years marketing experience with a college degree.
- Experience managing external agency and vendor partners.
- Highly organized and analytical ability to motivate and manage projects and set deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong project management multitasking and decision-making skills.
- Experience working project management tools and improving workflows.
- Project thinker end results and future results oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products.
