Job Description

The Director of Employee Productivity will lead the transformation of how ASOSers work - through the deployment of AI automation and modern digital tools. This role will be responsible for reimagining and delivering the platforms workflows and experiences that enable our people to do their best work faster and smarter. The scope spans across all business areas of ASOS with a mandate to drive measurable productivity gains across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the enterprise-wide strategy for employee productivity with a focus on GenAI agentic workflows and automation.
  • Lead the development of general-purpose applications that enhance the day-to-day experience of ASOSers across functions.
  • Build and scale intelligent systems that learn from business outcomes and propose optimised actions.
  • Establish success metrics and governance to track adoption impact and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a thought leader and change agentchampioning new ways of working and embedding a culture of experimentation and agility.

Qualifications :

About You

Were looking for a visionary and pragmatic leader who can bridge strategy technology and organisational change. Youll bring:

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI agentic systems and automation technologies (e.g. RPA AI/ML).
  • Strong track record in modernising business processes.
  • Experience designing and delivering user-centric applications that improve employee experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and enterprise systems (e.g. Workday ServiceNow).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Strong change management capabilities and understanding of organisational behaviour.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to align tech strategy with business outcomes.
  • A growth mindset and passion for innovation experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to engage with vendors evaluate solutions and drive value from partnerships.
