Job Description

PURCHASING & RECEIVING AGENT (m/f/x)

We are looking for an organised and meticulous colleague who is not afraid of negotiations has an eye for detail and likes to keep things under control. If you enjoy communicating with suppliers logistics and have an overview of purchasing processes then we are looking for you!

Start date: September 1 2025
Location: Marinsk Lzn

What will you do in this role

  •  Search for and select reliable suppliers according to the hotels needs.
  • Negotiate the best possible terms from price to quality and delivery dates.
  • Process and manage orders for goods and services.
  • Coordinate the entire purchasing process from request to receipt and storage.
  • Monitor delivery dates and ensure the smooth running of goods receipt.
  • Check the conformity of orders delivery notes and invoices.
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure documents are accounted for correctly.
  • Resolve any complaints and propose improvements to purchasing procedures.
  • Manage the supplier database and keep stock records including monthly inventories.
  • Work closely with other departments in inventory planning.

Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate:

  • Do you have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing
  • Are you able to work independently systematically and consistently
  • Are you proficient in basic computer skills
  • Are you comfortable with physical work
