Job Description

PASTRY CHEF (M/F/X)

Become part of our hotel team and create exceptional sweet experiences for both our guests

For our Swiss Caf a stylish caf for both hotel guests and the public we are looking for a talented and experienced pastry chef or baker who can create stunning pastry and bakery products that will delight even the most discerning customers. We are looking for someone who combines technical precision a sense for aesthetics and flavor balance with a passion for modern trends and traditional craftsmanship.

As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the complete operation of the pastry section. You will independently lead the team plan production create dessert menus and oversee quality presentation and operational efficiency. Your work will be key not only to delivering top-notch culinary experiences to our guests but also to building Swiss Caf into a sought-after destination in Marinsk Lzn.

Location: Marinsk Lzn
Start Date: September 1 2025

What youll be doing:
Planning and organizing daily and long-term pastry production
Leading the pastry team assigning tasks and evaluating performance
Creating recipes and costing calculations implementing them with a focus on minimizing waste
Preparing desserts cakes mousses creams and other pastry specialties for all our F&B venues
Innovating the existing offer in line with modern trends and seasonality
Ensuring both aesthetic and flavor quality of final products
Managing inventory purchasing and proper storage of ingredients
Working with modern pastry equipment
Training and developing team members


Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate:

  • Education: Formal education in the field is not required what matters is proven experience talent passion for creation and the courage to take responsibility for the pastry operation. We value hands-on experience in pastry or bakery production craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in the industry preferably in a leadership role
  • Languages: Czech fluent; English an advantage
  • Skills: Knowledge of hygiene regulations modern pastry trends strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
