Purpose of Job
The Engineering Manager (Business & Technology) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project in both business and technology domains. This role requires expertise in strategic planning technology adoption process optimisation and stakeholder management.
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science IT Business or related field.
Experience: 10 years in project management leading business and technology
teams.
Technical Expertise: Understanding of software development cloud solutions APIs
databases DevOps and security.
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in JIRA Trello Asana MS Project etc.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
Leadership & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex challenges and drive
effective solutions.
Must have hands on experience on any backend technology

Experience in AI automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to fast-paced tech-driven industries.
