Job Description
Duration: Long-term contract/ 4 years
Location: Bethesda MD- Hybrid role- 3-days onsite- Prefer local candidates from DMV areas
- Develop comprehensive training programs for OT/ICS systems
- Create training materials user guides and documentation
- Deliver training sessions to government staff and end users
- Establish training policies and procedures
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Develop e-learning modules and online resources
- Track training completion and effectiveness metrics
- Support security awareness and compliance training
- Minimum 5 years of training development and delivery experience
- 3 years with technical training for complex systems
- Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools
- Understanding of OT/ICS systems and operations
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
- Instructional Design certifications desired
- Technical writing certifications preferred
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation capabilities
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools
- Knowledge of training assessment and evaluation methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
