What Youll Do:

Develop and optimize Zeiss Calypso programs for complex machined and forged parts

Drive first-article in-process and final inspection routines across multiple lines

Interpret GD&T-heavy prints with theoretical and non-standard datums
-
Perform advanced dimensional analysis and troubleshooting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement strategies align with production and engineering goals

Mentor junior CMM users and support triage-level troubleshooting with OEM partners
What Youll Need:
-
2 years of hands-on experience programming with Zeiss Calypso software
-
Deep familiarity with CMM inspection of forged and/or machined components
-
Ability to navigate and interpret complex GD&T including theoretical dimensions

Experience managing multiple inspection routines and adapting programs for part revisions

Solid understanding of shop floor inspection workflows and manufacturing processes
Whats Preferred:

Background in aerospace or medical device environments

Exposure to tooling or die inspection

Comfort supporting a high-volume high-complexity CMM lab

Experience coordinating with quality engineering or CNC teams for measurement strategies
