An international healthcare services organization is seeking a Regional Network Manager to lead the expansion and performance oversight of its medical partner network across Thailand. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals clinics and specialist providers
- Conduct commercial discussions and formalize provider agreements
- Evaluate provider performance through audits and service quality reviews
- Resolve operational challenges and support ongoing provider engagement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align billing and service processes
- Educate medical providers on system tools and administrative procedures
- Participate in regional development initiatives to strengthen healthcare access
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing Public Health Healthcare Management or a similar field
- Professional experience in hospital or clinical operations provider management or healthcare contracting (5 years preferred)
- Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple partnerships
- Capable of interpreting performance data and driving process improvements
- Willing to travel frequently within Thailand with occasional international assignments
