Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Project Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design planning testing commissioning software programming and site supervision for BMS projects
- Review project plans technical specifications and contract documents to define scope and requirements
- Prepare and submit documentation including schematics technical descriptions submittals method statements and compliance reports
- Conduct testing and commissioning of BMS systems and ensure all system functionality meets project requirements
- Manage preparation of IO point schedules material selection and value engineering
- Develop control logic for ACMV and HVAC systems
- Ensure timely coordination with contractors and customers to meet project milestones
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation throughout the project life cycle
- Participate in EHS inspections risk assessments and hazard mitigation planning
- Proactively identify and report safety risks and take necessary action to stop unsafe work if required
- Apply project management practices to track progress manage timelines and control project costs
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC BMS or BAS projects
- Knowledge of MS Office tools project scheduling software and network systems
- Familiar with BMS submittals OMM documentation and system integration
- Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage client expectations and resolve technical challenges independently
- Familiarity with EHS best practices and commitment to workplace safety
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000 VB (2.5 Months)
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

General package:
- Transport allowance (if drive): $1000
- No AWS
- On target variable bonus: 20% of annual pay which is 2.4 months depend on individual performance and individual KPI achievement (orders sales margin etc)
