Heaten stands for innovative solutions in the field of large-scale high-temperature heat pumps. Our technology specifically designed for temperatures up to 200C far exceeds the performance limits of conventional industrial heat pumps. With locations in Germany and Norway we work internationally to make industries more efficient and sustainable.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete delivery of projects to our customers from the signing of the contract to the final handover.
Customer Project Deliveries:
- Lead end-to-end project execution for high-temperature heat pump installations ensuring seamless delivery to customers
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets tracking progress against milestones
- Manage customer expectations ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives risks and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and installation teams to optimize workflows and ensure project efficiency
- Identify and mitigate risks addressing potential technical and logistical challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and contractual obligations
Internal Projects:
- Drive internal initiatives aimed at process improvement product development or operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals scope and success metrics
- Implement agile or waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements
- Monitor project performance ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Qualifications and Education:
- Educational Background: A university degree or technician certificate in engineering process engineering or a related field is preferred. Extensive general industrial project management experience will also be considered.
- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in industry equipment projects and delivery.
- Sector Experience: Experience in the energy sector process/hydraulic industry ideally with steam heat supply or heat pumps.
- Skills: A combination of technical and economic knowledge strong analytical skills self-driven and innovative thinking.
- Teamwork and Strategy: Strong teamwork abilities long-term planning and strategy skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
