Logistics Coordinator
At Viterra youll do more than manage logisticsyoull play a key role in connecting Canadian agriculture to global markets. In this role youll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment grow your expertise in transportation and inventory management and contribute to a team that values integrity trust and respect.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and manage freight bookings invoices and carrier performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams carriers and customers to ensure expectations are met.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation travel arrangements and correspondence handling.
What you bring to our team
- Previous experience in logistics transportation or inventory management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
- Knowledge of grain transportation or the agriculture industry is an asset.
