Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensures the effective operation of staffing lobby onboarding processes and application review. Executes both routine and non-routine office management duties and administrative support to the department. Greets all lobby visitors and handles multiple inquiries to assist guests and candidates.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as first line support and guest service to all HR building visitors. Gather information to provide appropriate direction to candidates guests and Team Members. Provide departmental support to include reschedule orientations screen and route incoming calls upload daily appointments and maintain department files.
  • Monitor maintain and provide communication response to all phone inquiries and email communication for the main external Jobs inbox. Determine appropriate routing and/or escalation as needed. Administer skill assessments for applicants and maintain employee records as appropriate.
  • Review online applications to identify viable candidates. Assist with scheduling appointments create and edit job requisitions answer scheduling questions for multiple departments and assist the casting department on their new-hire processing calls.
  • Support Onboarding processes; assist applicants and new hires with variety of questions/concerns. Monitor / maintain Onboarding inbox and phone inquiries. Prepare and distribute daily weekly and monthly reports for onboarding and overall department. Update and compile departmental metrics data.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or Communications is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year: Administrative support and/or HR experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Administrative and computer experience in a windows environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Role will occasionally include travel to off-site job fairs and hiring events.
  • Travel may involve using a personal or company vehicle.
