Position Overview:
As part of the leadership team youre a driving force behind our vibrant community. Your role is essential in growing our family culture driving enrollment hiring team members and ensuring our Montessori Inspire curriculum shines (Montessori Play Based Learning)
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to teaching staff fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurtures intellectual social emotional and physical growth in young children.
- Recruit hire train and evaluate teaching staff ensuring high-quality instruction and their professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and implement health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with parents and families building strong relationships and a sense of community within the preschool.
- Manage administrative tasks including enrollment scheduling budgeting and reporting.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment valuing diversity and promoting childrens strengths and needs.
- Organize events workshops and parent-teacher conferences for parent engagement and information sharing.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education making data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in Child Development or related field.
- Leadership experience in early childhood education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for Montessori Inspire education.
- Bonus: Teaching experience admissions/admin background Montessori experience.
