Job Description
What to expect.
Were looking for compassionate individuals to join our team across a variety of settings throughout Maryland:
- Residential programs: help individuals live safely and independently
- Community-based services: provide care in a structured day program
- Special education schools: assist students with emotional and behavioral needs
- Inpatient hospital units: support patients receiving acute psychiatric care
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with mental health behavioral or developmental challenges
- Helping with daily activities coping skills and therapeutic routines
- Ensuring a safe supportive and structured environment
- Working alongside licensed clinicians nurses educators and other care team members

What we need from you.
- High school diploma or GED.
- An advanced degree in a human services field is preferred either in progress or already obtained.
- Past direct care or related experience is strongly preferred.
- For most positions much be available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
