Job Description
- Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations
- Gathers organizes and reviews operational data.
- Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports analyses and/or presentations.
- Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics performance indicators reporting protocols etc.
- Extrapolates and compiles analyses for use in reports or presentations.
- May participate in project teams providing analytical support to achieve project objectives and planning activities.
- Provide assistance and/or back-up for various functions of the manufacturing process
- Participate in Safety and 5S (Sort Set in Order Shine Standardize Sustain) initiatives
Who You Are:
Youre a clear and confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into simple actionable insights for diverse audiences. You thrive in environments that value efficiency and youre always looking for smarter faster ways to get things done. Tech-savvy by nature you embrace digital tools and platforms to drive innovation and streamline processes
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with public speaking or delivering presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
