DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and coordinate local Center of Excellence (CoE) teams covering Quality Control Training and Workforce Management (WFM).
- Apply global frameworks methodologies and tools at the hub level tailoring them to suit local requirements.
- Ensure that CoE functions meet company KPIs SLAs and compliance criteria.
- Track and report local performance metrics aligned with global standards.
- Promote process enhancements and operational excellence across all CoE areas.
- Manage local deployment of QA systems onboarding processes and workforce planning solutions.
- Encourage close cooperation between CoE teams and Line Operations to enhance service delivery.
- Foster a culture of responsibility and ongoing improvement through coaching and performance reviews.
- Maintain adherence to company policies health and safety rules and ISO standards.
- Serve as the hubs representative during audits global calibration meetings and knowledge exchange sessions.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive operational data and systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 57 years of leadership experience in Quality Training or Workforce Management preferably in iGaming or other fast-moving service sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and working within matrixed organizations.
- Solid knowledge of global standards and the ability to adapt them locally.
- Bachelors degree mandatory; Masters degree preferred (such as MBA . Operations Business).
- Certifications like Six Sigma ISO LMS management or WFM tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities operational rigor and a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and Serbian both written and spoken.
- Experience with workforce optimization training assessment or ISO-aligned QA systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics software LMS platforms or WFM applications is helpful.
