Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst with strong Reference Data experience working for investment firms
Location: Hybrid Onsite in Boston is the preference but Remote is fine working EST hours.
Duration: 12 months

**MUST HAVE SKILLS**
- 10 years of experience in business systems and data analysis roles financial/investment services. Hands on experience with reference data and master data management. MUST have hands on exp with Reference Data and Master Data Management working for Investment/Asset Mgmt. Companies. Solid understanding and must have hands on experience with the various investment jargons securities etc.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction querying and analysis.
- Deep understanding of IBOR or ABOR and experience working with portfolio structures. Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and the Accounting Book of Record (ABOR) is PLUS!
- Strong ability to meet with business users to gather and analyze requirements understand complex data entities and design effective system solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in re-platforming data migration and implementing new data systems in a business context.
- Experience with Eagle Star and Snowflake is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of financial services data management and regulations.
- Experience working on large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Tools backstop (CRM and data mastering platform specializing in financial services) SSBs ADP CRD FactSet Bloomberg Jacoby for wealth management and modeling if they worked vidreo ilevel that would be great.

This role is crucial in understanding complex data systems writing detailed requirements and collaborating closely with business users to deliver solutions.
