Job Description

Shift: 1st 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday
Pay:$19.00-$25.00 DOE
Industrial Painter/Heavy Hose Blaster
- Blasting steel parts prior to fabrication and completion.
- Ability to mix paint with manufacturers instructions.
- Apply coatings through conventional airless and plural spray systems.
- Operate various types of equipment such as blast pots and spray guns.
- Cleans and prepares surface for painting using air-powered sandblasting equipment.
- Knowledge of various painting methods and applications.
- Ability to use a mill gauge.
- Disassembles paint and sandblasting equipment and cleans equipment using solvent wire brush and dry cloth.
- Ensure required profile is met.
- Understanding or reading of drawings and/or blueprints
- Stay on production schedule and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
