Job Description
Join Ecolabs industry leading Textile Care team as a Commercial Laundry Technical Service and Sales Representative. You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability. As a Territory Manager you will serve as the face of Ecolab for your customers ranging from independent laundry operations to corporate accounts including commercial uniform retail restaurant healthcare and hospitality/tourism industries.

What You Will Do:
- Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems
- Provide extensive hands-on product and solution training
- Partner with plant managers and other key personnel to understand their operations and laundry challenges
- Cultivate long-term relationships that will lead to increased sales
- Develop strategic work plans for completing sales and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolabs innovative laundry products and chemicals processes & programs to increase your customers operating efficiencies
Position Details:
- Position will support Montreal and surrounding area including travel to Quebec Ottawa and surrounding areas
- 4 6 nights overnight travel/month will be required
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant work experience in textile care or related industrial environment or 2 years technical support experience
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Bilingual French/English
- Willingness and ability to provide emergency customer support (nights/weekends) as needed
- Valid drivers license & acceptable motor vehicle record
- Able to travel to the US for training/meetings
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational/Technical Post-Secondary Diploma or Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of applied mechanical problem solving experience (i.e. plumbing electrical HVAC or mechanical trouble shooting experience)
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships influence customers and build trust
- Previous chemical sales experience commercial laundry industry/operations or plant management experience
