Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine / CSI Finance Consultant with a strong background in Custom Manufacturing Job Costing and Financial Management. This role will support our client s finance and operations teams by providing deep functional expertise in Infor CSI and ensuring best practices are implemented across finance-related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the functional lead for Infor CSI Finance with a focus on Custom Manufacturing and Job Costing.
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes and recommend system improvements.
Configure test and implement Infor CSI Finance modules to meet business needs.
Support month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes within CSI.
Troubleshoot and resolve finance-related system issues ensuring timely support for end users.
Develop reporting and dashboards to support financial visibility and decision-making.
Provide user training documentation and knowledge transfer for finance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations) to ensure financial data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience as an Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Finance Consultant.
Strong expertise in Custom Manufacturing and Job Costing processes.
Deep knowledge of Infor CSI Finance modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Cost Accounting
Proven experience in financial process optimization and best practices in ERP finance workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical/functional solutions.
Experience with multi-entity consolidations intercompany transactions and financial reporting.
Proficiency with SQL queries and reporting tools (SSRS BI tools or Infor reporting tools).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Infor ION Mongoose framework or Integrations.
Knowledge of project accounting revenue recognition or advanced costing methods.
Prior experience in a consulting or contract role with manufacturing/distribution clients.
